Dragonfly Cafe

Dragonfly Cafe is a peer support space for academics to find community in the shared goal of seeking excellent mental health, offer acknowledgement and support from our own lived experiences, and learn new strategies and best practices from evidence based approaches. While we will open and close Dragonfly Cafe together as a group, most of the time will be spent in smaller breakout groups where attendees can pick between options such as structured turns sharing, free flow conversations, a co-working space, or topic focused groups. Whatever you pick, investing this time to support your mental health will sustain your performance so you are ready to tackle the next challenge.
