Burnout is a widespread and deeply impactful experience in high-stress academic environments, and is often marked by exhaustion, cynicism, and a diminished sense of accomplishment. In response to the high demand, we offer three targeted options designed to both illuminate the roots of burnout and equip academic and corporate communities with actionable strategies for addressing it.
Whether you're seeking to understand the fundamentals through our Basics of Burnout session or looking to empower leadership with our Burnout: Practical Tools for Supervisors training, each offering is grounded in evidence-based practices and customized insights from your own community.
Together, these offerings form the foundation of our Corporate Burnout Package, which takes things to the next level by including a customized survey and analysis of attendees’ symptoms of burnout, specific causes of workplace stress, and the barriers they face in addressing them. In cooperation with our corporate clients, we then use these responses to facilitate discussion and provide community specific insights for future needs assessment and strategies. In addition, a longitudinal survey will be included at either 3- or 6-months post intervention to assess progress and application of solutions.
